Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in actuarial sciences or a related field.
• 2+ years of Basel III/IV, IFRS 9 ECL, or ALM experience.
• Strong knowledge of PD/LGD, LCR/NSFR, and Pillar 1/2.
• Familiarity with regulatory reporting frameworks.
• Experience with SQL, Python, or data visualization tools.

Job Summary:

Our client is hiring Business Analyst (ERM).Itwill support the identification, assessment, and mitigation of enterprise risks. The role involves analyzing business processes, developing risk management frameworks, and providing actionable insights to improve organizational resilience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to financial institutions on Basel III/IV compliance, IFRS 9 ECL modeling, and ALM optimization, leveraging the companys technology platform.
• Guide clients through implementation, configuration, and adoption of the companys enterprise risk management solution
• Conduct regulatory gap assessments, lead client workshops, and demonstrate how the solution addresses regulatory requirements.
• Support pre-sales activities by articulating the solutions value proposition, assisting in RFPs, and delivering tailored demos.
• Collaborate with product teams to translate client needs into tech requirements, ensuring the platform stays ahead of regulatory changes.
• Develop client-ready materials (whitepapers, case studies, training guides) to showcase expertise in risk analytics and automation.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in actuarial sciences or a related filed.
• 2+ years of experience in Basel III/IV compliance, IFRS 9 ECL, or ALM (banking or consulting).
• Strong understanding of Credit risk modeling (PD/LGD), liquidity metrics (LCR/NSFR), and capital adequacy rules (Pillar 1/Pillar 2).
• Strong understanding of Regulatory reporting frameworks.
• Familiarity with SQL, Python, or data visualization tools.
