Job summary

Convo is seeking an experienced Flutter Developer to join our development team to build a scalable, enterprise mobile application integrated with SAP BTP. The role focuses on multi-tenant, offline-first architecture and secure authentication, delivering high-performance Flutter apps across Android and iOS.

You will implement Clean Architecture (MVVM), integrate REST APIs, and work on dynamic UI driven by backend configurations and feature flags.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 3+ years of Flutter development and 5+ years of software development experience.
• Strong knowledge of Dart and OOP with clean, scalable code.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and state management.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop high-performance Flutter applications meeting requirements.
• Implement Clean Architecture (MVVM) for scalable code.
• Integrate REST APIs and manage complex data flows.
• Implement secure authentication (OAuth2 + PKCE) with SAP IAS.
• Develop offline-first capabilities with local DB and sync.
• Build dynamic UI driven by backend configurations and feature flags.
• Ensure multi-tenant support and optimal performance.
• Collaborate with backend, QA, product to deliver features.
• Stay up-to-date with Flutter ecosystem and best practices.
