Job Summary

Telerelation is seeking a skilled and motivated Flutter Developer with 1–4 year of professional experience to join our technical team. This role offers the opportunity to design and build high-quality mobile applications for Android and iOS, working closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers. You will play a key role in delivering scalable, user-friendly solutions while continuously improving your technical expertise.

Responsibilities

• Mobile App Development: Design, develop, and maintain robust mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.
• Feature Implementation: Build reusable UI components and implement new features with a focus on performance and scalability.
• Bug Fixing & Optimization: Identify, debug, and resolve issues to ensure smooth app performance.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (design, backend, QA) to deliver seamless user experiences.
• API Integration: Integrate RESTful APIs, Firebase services, and third-party libraries.
• Code Quality: Maintain clean, well-documented code and follow best practices in version control (Git).
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with emerging Flutter packages, tools, and industry trends to enhance development practices.

Requirements

• Experience: 1–4 years of professional experience in Flutter and Dart development.
• OOP & Data Structures: Strong understanding of Object‑Oriented Programming and core data structures.
• Portfolio: Demonstrated experience through published apps, GitHub repositories, or professional projects.
• Version Control: Proficiency with Git workflows (branching, merging, pull requests).
• Problem Solving: Strong analytical and debugging skills with a proactive approach to challenges.

Preferred Qualifications
