Job summary

Convo is seeking a skilled Flutter Developer to build a scalable, enterprise mobile app integrated with SAP BTP. You will work on a multi-tenant, offline-first platform, focusing on robust architecture and secure authentication.

Responsibilities include API integration, clean architecture, and cross-platform optimization for iOS and Android. Collaboration with backend, QA and product teams is essential to success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS or related field required.
• 3+ years of Flutter development and 5+ years overall software experience.
• Strong Dart, OOP and clean, scalable code design.
• Experience with Flutter SDK, widgets, layouts and navigation.
• Good knowledge of MVVM / Clean Architecture and repository patterns.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, JSON and state management libraries.
• Familiarity with OAuth2 / OpenID Connect and token-based auth.
• Git version control and collaboration in team settings.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop high-performance Flutter apps for enterprise use.
• Implement Clean Architecture (MVVM) for maintainable code.
• Integrate REST APIs and manage complex data flows.
• Implement secure authentication using OAuth2; work with SAP IAS.
• Develop offline-first features with local storage and sync.
• Build dynamic UI driven by backend configs and feature flags.
• Support multi-tenant architecture and tenant-specific behavior.
• Collaborate with backend, QA, and product teams to deliver features.
• Stay updated with Flutter ecosystem and best practices.
