Qualifications

• MBBS or equivalent and PMDC registration are required.
• Minimum 5 years of teaching as Assistant Professor in ENT at PMDC-recognized institutions.
• At least 9 research publications in relevant subject (7 at Assistant Professor level) per PMDC criteria.

Responsibilities

• Advanced Clinical Leadership: provide expert clinical care and oversee complex case management.
• Academic Leadership & Teaching: lead teaching programs and mentor faculty, residents, and students.
• Research Supervision: supervise research projects, theses, and ensure quality PMDC publications.
• Curriculum Development: contribute to curriculum planning, review, and innovation.
• Departmental Oversight: assist in managing departmental clinical and academic functions.
• Specialized Procedures: perform and oversee advanced ENT procedures.
• Examinations & Assessments: serve as examiner and evaluator in professional examinations.
• Quality Assurance & Accreditation: participate in institutional accreditation and QA processes.
• Interdisciplinary Collaboration: foster collaboration across departments for patient care and research.
• Policy Implementation: support institutional policies and clinical protocols.
• Mentorship & Faculty Development: guide junior faculty in teaching and research.
