Qualifications

• MBBS or equivalent medical qualification recognized and registered with PMDC.
• PMDC Level III qualification in the subject (e.g., FCPS/MS/MD) or equivalent.
• Certificate in Health Professions Education (CHPE) as required by PMDC.
• Total teaching experience: 8 years, with 3 years as Associate Professor.

Responsibilities

• Clinical Leadership: provide clinical expertise, establish care standards and patient safety benchmarks.
• Academic & Teaching Leadership: direct undergraduate/postgraduate curriculum, teaching methods and assessments.
• Research & Scholarly Leadership: lead high-impact research and develop new clinical services.
• Administrative & Institutional Leadership: head department when designated and ensure PMDC compliance.
