A leading translation and interpretation company seeks an experienced Call Quality Agent based in Rawalpindi. The ideal candidate will conduct English language assessments, monitor call quality, and provide coaching to staff. Qualifications

• At least 4-5 years of experience in English Teaching, preferably IELTS/PTE or Cambridge English Exams.
• Experience in coaching on accent and grammar is an advantage.
• Relevant national and international experience is a definite plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct English language assessments for new and existing employees.
• Monitor daily call quality and mentor staff to improve their English.
• Develop and manage auto-scored English language proficiency assessments.

Skills

Proficient written and spoken skills in English language

Familiar with UK English Language dialect

Education
