Job Purpose: Responsible for all commercial activities related to tender requirements and associated subcontractors' and suppliers' requirements, from receiving the tender request to contract allocation and handover to the project department. And to prepare Techno-Commercial proposals for tenders.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare Tender Proposals
    • Analyze project requirements and identify key technical and commercial aspects
    • Prepare accurate cost estimates, timelines, and tender documents
    • Develop strategies and plans to win tenders and secure contracts
  • Develop Customized Solutions
    • Provide tailored engineering solutions based on client requirements and project specifications.
    • Collaborate with technical teams to offer effective and innovative solutions.
  • Coordinate with Internal Teams
    • Collaborate with the sales team to understand client needs and develop commercial & technical proposals
    • Coordinate activities to ensure proposals are submitted on time and of high quality.
    • Coordinate with various departments to collect necessary data for tender submissions
  • Analyze Client Requirements
    • Study client requirements and understand their needs to develop customized proposals that meet their expectations.
    • Provide technical consultancy to clients to ensure accurate fulfillment of their needs.
    • Track and manage all ongoing and completed tenders to ensure compliance and success.
  • Follow Up on Tenders
    • Track the status of submitted tenders and interact with clients to obtain feedback.
    • Provide necessary support for amendments and revisions required for the proposals.
  • Prepare Reports
    • Prepare periodic reports on the status of tenders and submitted proposals.
    • Provide recommendations to improve tendering strategies and increase success rates in securing projects.
  • Stay Informed
    • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of market trends, competitors, and industry developments
    • Support the project management team in the handover of successful tenders
