Qualifications

• Master's in Nursing or B.Sc. Nursing with post-basic specialization in Endoscopy/Gastroenterology or a Master's in Healthcare Administration.
• Minimum 7-9 years of clinical and administrative experience in high-volume GI endoscopy suites and HLD.
• Experience supervising cross-functional clinical and administrative teams in a public healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day workflow of the Gastroenterology and Endoscopy Suite (OGD, Colonoscopy, ERCP, EUS).
• Ensure HLD protocols, AER use, and sterility tracking are strictly followed.
• Coordinate maintenance of endoscopy equipment and inventory management.
• Manage patient scheduling, pre/post-procedure care, and nursing support.
• Maintain procedure logs, pathology routing, and digital archiving in HMIS/PACS.
