Job summary

Radisson Blu Islamabad seeks an experienced ELV & IT Manager/Engineer to oversee ELV, security and hospitality tech for a luxury hotel project. You will coordinate planning, testing, commissioning and handover with contractors, vendors and hotel operations.

The role requires 8+ years in ELV/ICT, strong system integration skills, and familiarity with OPERA PMS, CCTV/VMS, BMS/GRMS, IPTV, and enterprise networking. On-site work in Islamabad.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Computer Engineering, IT, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in ELV, ICT, and Building Technology projects.
• Experience in 5-star hotels or luxury hospitality projects preferred.
• Strong expertise in ELV Systems, Enterprise Networking, Data Centers, Hospitality Tech, and System Integration.
• Knowledge of Cisco/Aruba, OPERA PMS, BMS, GRMS, CCTV/VMS, Access Control, IPTV, and structured cabling.
• Understanding of testing, FAT/SAT, and project handover procedures.
• Vendor management and technical coordination skills.
• Certifications like CCNA/CCNP, PMP, BICSI RCDD are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead ELV and IT systems from design through handover.
• Oversee Fire Alarm, BMS, GRMS, IBS/DAS, Perimeter Security, and Parking systems.
• Manage IP CCTV/VMS, Access Control, and Biometric systems.
• Coordinate hospitality tech including IPTV, Smart TVs, PABX, AV, and Digital Signage.
• Manage LAN/WAN, Guest Wi-Fi, Structured Cabling, and data center infra.
• Coordinate IT infra for Oracle OPERA PMS, Sun ERP, HRMS, virtualization, backups.
• Review BOQs, tender proposals, submittals, and method statements.
• Ensure integration, testing and handover with system integrators and hotel ops.

We are seeking an experienced and technically skilled ELV & IT Manager / Engineer to oversee the planning, coordination, implementation, testing, commissioning, and handover of ELV, security, hospitality technology, and IT infrastructure for a 5-star luxury hospitality real estate project.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Lead ELV and IT systems from design development and procurement through installation, testing, commissioning, and handover.

Oversee Fire Alarm, BMS, GRMS, IBS/DAS, Perimeter Security, and Parking Management Systems.

Manage IP CCTV/VMS, Access Control, Baggage Scanners, UVSS, and Biometric Systems.

Coordinate hospitality technology including IPTV, Smart TVs, PABX, AV Systems, Digital Signage, and Video Walls.

Manage LAN/WAN, Guest Wi-Fi (HSIA), Structured Cabling, Fiber/Cat6A, Server Rooms, Firewalls, and GPON infrastructure.

Coordinate IT infrastructure requirements for Oracle OPERA PMS, Sun ERP, HRMS, virtualization, and backup systems.

Review BOQs, tender proposals, shop drawings, technical submittals, and method statements.

Coordinate with System Integrators, MEP Contractors, consultants, vendors, and Hotel Operations teams.

Ensure seamless integration, testing, commissioning, documentation, and operational handover of all systems.

Monitor project progress, resolve technical issues, and ensure compliance with approved specifications and standards.

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Computer Engineering, IT, or a related field.

8+ years of relevant experience in ELV, ICT, and Building Technology projects.

Experience in 5-star hotels, luxury resorts, commercial projects, or large-scale developments is required.

Strong expertise in ELV Systems, Enterprise Networking, Data Centers, Hospitality Technology, and System Integration.

Knowledge of Cisco/Aruba, OPERA PMS, BMS, GRMS, CCTV/VMS, Access Control, IPTV, and structured cabling.

Strong understanding of testing, commissioning, FAT/SAT, and project handover procedures.

Excellent vendor management, technical coordination, and problem-solving skills.

CCNA/CCNP, PMP, BICSI RCDD, or relevant OEM certifications will be an advantage.
