Job description

Ercon Industries PVT Limited is a leading switchgear manufacturing company in Pakistan. Ercon Group has four manufacturing facilities around the globe, out of which two are in UAE and one is KSA. In Pakistan, the manufacturing facility is in Mustafabad Kasur and the branch office at PECO Road Lahore.

Currently, we are in the process of talent acquisition for our estimation, design, and production department. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the fields of design, estimation, and production with one of the leading switchgear manufacturers in the region.

Production Location: Ercon Industries PVT Limited, 6.2 KM from Lillyani Toll Plaza, Mustafabad, Kasur.

Estimation and Design Location: Ercon Industries PVT Limited, Amna Tower PECO Road Lahore.

Qualifications:

• DAE Electrical

Probation period: The probation period will be of three consecutive months after joining.

Remuneration: During the probation period, a stipend of PKR 20,000/- will be paid, and after confirmation, the salary will be PKR 25,000 to PKR 30,000/- considering KPI's and inflation.

Other perquisites: After confirmation, employees will be entitled to the following perquisites:

• Bonus equal to 100% of Basic salary.
• Leave Encashment.
• Provident Fund.
• Insurance as per class designated from AA+ Insurance company for employee and family.
