Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience with analog/digital circuits, power distribution, and embedded systems.
• Proficiency with CAD tools such as Altium or KiCad for schematic capture and PCB layout.
• Experience with SPICE, MATLAB, or Simulink for modeling and analysis.
• Familiarity with IEC, UL, IPC standards for electrical safety, testing, and manufacturing.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Experience in Agile or structured environments with Git.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and simulate electrical circuits, power systems, and control systems using industry-standard tools and methodologies.
• Develop and review electrical schematics, PCB layouts, and wiring diagrams in alignment with project requirements and safety regulations.
• Perform failure mode analysis, root cause investigations, and corrective actions for electrical subsystems and components.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including mechanical, software, and systems engineers to integrate electrical components into full product solutions.
• Validate designs through prototyping, testing, and documentation, ensuring compliance with relevant certifications and regulatory frameworks.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field, or equivalent practical experience in electrical system design and development.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience designing and troubleshooting analog and digital circuits, power distribution, and embedded systems.
• Proficiency with CAD tools such as Altium, KiCad, or similar for schematic capture and PCB layout.
