Data Quality Scrapper

Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, cleaning, verifying, and maintaining lead generation data to ensure its accuracy and reliability.

Data Collection

• Manually collect data from various sources, including websites, databases, and other relevant platforms. (Training will be provided)
• Conduct thorough research to identify and source high-quality data that aligns with our Business Product Goal.

Data Cleaning & Verification

• Clean and preprocess data to ensure it is free from errors, inconsistencies, and duplicates.
• Verify the accuracy and completeness of data through double-checking and cross-referencing with reliable sources.

Data Maintenance

• Regularly update existing spreadsheets to ensure they remain current and relevant.
• Monitor data sources for any changes or updates that may affect data quality.

Data Enhancement

• Identify opportunities to enhance data quality by finding additional relevant data points.
• Collaborate with other teams to integrate new data sources seamlessly into existing databases.
• Implement and adhere to data quality standards and best practices.
• Conduct regular audits and reviews of data to maintain high levels of accuracy and integrity.

Requirements

• 1 to 3 years of experience in data collection, data cleaning, data quality management, or a similar role OR Fresh graduates with relevant academic projects or internships demonstrating proficiency in data management tasks.
• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Information Technology, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Proficiency in data management tools and software (data studio, excel, sales CRMs).
• Familiarity with data cleaning and preprocessing techniques.
• A basic understanding of data visualization tools is a plus.
• Strong ability to search, research, and source relevant data efficiently.
• Detail-oriented with a keen eye for identifying data discrepancies and inconsistencies.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
