Responsibilities:
Manage client reception, including warmly greeting visitors and handling check-in/check-out processes
Schedule and coordinate appointments using our practice management system
Process payments and handle basic billing inquiries
Maintain a clean, calm, and professional waiting area
Coordinate with clinical staff regarding client arrivals and scheduling changes
Maintain strict confidentiality of all client information
