Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of education counsellors to achieve student recruitment targets for UK universities.
• Provide training and support on UK admissions, CAS, compliance, and visa guidance.
• Monitor and review team performance, ensuring high conversion rates.
• Handle escalated student and parent queries with professionalism.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with UK university representatives.
• Report team progress and performance to management.
• Support promotional events, fairs, and seminars.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Education, Business, or Communication preferred).
• 3–5 years’ experience in overseas education counselling with a UK focus.
• Minimum 1–2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
