• Handle inquiries effectively and convert leads into confirmed student applications.
• Achieve student recruitment targets set by management.
• Manage and maintain relationships with prospective students, parents, and agents.
• Assist with documentation and ensure compliance with university admission procedures.
• Conduct seminars, info sessions, and participate in promotional activities as required.
• Maintain professional communication and provide timely updates to management.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in student recruitment, specifically for the UK market.
• Strong knowledge of UK universities, courses, and admission processes.
• Proven track record in sales closing and student conversion.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and counselling skills.
• Target-oriented and highly motivated to achieve results.

Salary & Benefits

• For 2 years of experience: PKR 40,000 basic salary + PKR 15,000 - PKR 30,000 commission per student (commission added to monthly salary).
• For 4 years of experience (with proven sales closing track record): PKR 60,000 basic salary + PKR 15,000 - PKR 30,000 commission per student.
