Job summary

READ Foundation is seeking an Assessment & Evaluation Officer to lead planning, execution, and analysis of assessment activities across READ Foundation schools. You will work with academic and field teams to measure programme impact and support data-informed decisions.

The role requires a Master’s degree and at least 3 years of relevant experience, with 60–70% field travel to monitor and evaluate activities. Strong data skills in SPSS, STATA, Excel, and Power BI are preferred.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Education, Statistics, Social Sciences, Research, Evaluation, or a related field from an HEC-recognized university.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with assessment, evaluation, and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, monitor, and analyze assessment and evaluation activities to measure programme effectiveness.
• Prepare assessment, evaluation, and analytical reports with actionable recommendations.
• Coordinate with academic, training, and field teams for evaluation activities.
• Develop monitoring tools, dashboards, and reporting systems.
• Provide technical guidance and capacity-building support to staff.
