Job summary
MindEngage is seeking a motivated intern to join our eCommerce team, focusing on Amazon, Etsy, and eBay marketplaces. This full-time internship in Karachi is a 3–6 month program located at Sharah-e-Faisal, offering hands-on experience with real projects and mentorship from experienced professionals.
The role supports listing optimization, marketplace research, and order processing, with opportunities for a full-time position based on performance.
Qualifications
- Currently a student or recent graduate.
- Basic understanding of Amazon, Etsy or eBay marketplaces.
- Good written and spoken English.
- Basic Excel skills.
- Detail-oriented and eager to learn.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Assist in managing seller accounts on Amazon, Etsy, and eBay.
- Create and optimize product listings to boost visibility and sales.
- Conduct product and keyword research to support marketplace strategies.
- Monitor inventory and process customer orders.
- Respond to customer inquiries professionally.
- Support SEO and promotional campaigns within the marketplaces.
- Prepare detailed reports in Microsoft Excel.
- Perform additional eCommerce tasks as assigned.
