IBSTEC is seeking an experienced eBay Expert to manage and grow our eBay stores. The role requires hands-on experience with store management, product listings, and sales optimization across US/UK markets.

Responsibilities include research, listing optimization, order processing, inventory control, and providing excellent customer support to maintain high seller ratings. English proficiency and independence are essential for success in this position.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of hands-on eBay experience.
• Strong understanding of eBay Seller Hub and store management.
• Proven experience managing eBay listings and optimizing products for better visibility and sales.
• Knowledge of eBay SEO, product research, and competitor analysis.
• Experience with order processing, inventory management, and customer support.
• Understanding of eBay policies, seller metrics, and account health.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Ability to work independently and meet sales and performance targets.
• Experience managing US/UK eBay markets will be preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain eBay stores daily.
• Create, optimize, and update product listings.
• Conduct product research to identify profitable and trending products.
• Perform keyword research and optimize titles, descriptions, and item specifics.
• Manage inventory, pricing, orders, returns, and customer inquiries.
• Monitor store performance, sales, traffic, and conversion rates.
• Develop strategies to increase sales and improve store visibility.
• Monitor competitors, pricing, and market trends.
• Handle eBay policies, seller performance, and account health.
• Coordinate with suppliers and manage product sourcing when required.
• Resolve customer issues professionally and maintain high seller ratings.
• Prepare regular reports on store performance and sales growth.
