Job Description

Growth Strategy & Execution

  • Support the development and execution of the overall growth strategy to increase customer acquisition, retention, and order frequency.
  • Identify key growth levers and implement strategies to maximize business impact.
  • Work with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, operations) to align growth initiatives with business objectives.

Performance Analysis & Optimization

  • Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as customer acquisition cost (CAC), lifetime value (LTV), and retention rates.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of growth campaigns, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Optimize customer journeys through data-backed experiments (A/B testing).

Campaign Management

  • Plan and execute user acquisition and retention campaigns across multiple channels (digital, CRM, social, push notifications).
  • Collaborate with the creative and content teams to develop effective communication for campaigns.
  • Manage the budget for growth campaigns, ensuring optimal allocation and ROI.

Customer Insights & Market Trends

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Leverage customer insights to create targeted strategies for improving customer engagement and loyalty.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance foodpanda’s competitive positioning.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
  • 4 or more years of experience in growth, performance marketing, or digital marketing (preferably in e-commerce, tech, or FMCG).
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Google Analytics, and other data tools.
  • Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Braze, Clevertap) and performance marketing tools (e.g., Facebook Ads, Google Ads).
  • Excellent project management and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Proactive, results-driven, and highly adaptable.
