Purpose of the Job – Overview

Job Title: IT Recruiter

Location: Garden Town, Lahore

Timings:

• Monday to Friday: 8 AM to 6 PM BST

(Hybrid option for females)

About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle for technical roles in the UK market.
  • Source and attract IT & technical professionals using various recruitment platforms, with a strong focus on Indeed.
  • Utilize UK-based hiring tools and job boards to identify the best candidates.
  • Conduct initial screenings to assess technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective hiring strategies.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for technical roles, including Software Engineers, Network Engineers, IT Support, and Cloud Professionals.
  • Stay up to date with UK employment trends, compliance, and best hiring practices.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience (MIN 1 YEAR)as a Technical Recruiter in the UK market.
  • Strong knowledge of technical roles and IT terminologies.
  • Expertise in using Indeed and other UK-based job portals for sourcing.
  • Ability to identify and assess candidates for various technical and IT roles.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Familiarity with UK recruitment laws and best practices is a plus.
