Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree.
• 4+ years of Finance, Accounting, or related work experience.
• Completed advanced degrees in a relevant field may be substituted for up to two years (Master’s = one year, Doctorate = two years) of work experience.

The Accounting Quality team is responsible for helping to drive quality in the accounting organization to reduce risk and enhance our financial reporting.

Job Responsibilities:

• Execute in-house testing of Manual Journal Entries, Account Reconciliations, Quarterly Reporting Schedules.
• Summarize and track testing results and areas of opportunity for improvement.
• Assist with preparation of global accounting training, root cause analysis, and guiding improvements.
• Drive Quality accounting objectives by monitoring and addressing risk.
• Promote employee awareness of quality and embed quality in our culture.
• Gather data and analyze performance metrics.
• Develop effective relationships with global accounting teams.
• Conduct data analysis, identifying, analyzing, and interpreting trends or patterns.
• Support management with ad-hoc projects and initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting
• 3+ years accounting experience
• Proficient in US GAAP
• Audit, SOX, or QA background
• CPA and/or Chartered Accountant
• Experience working in an ERP instance (preferably Oracle)
