Dispatcher - Customer Support

We are a Dispatch and Customer Service oriented company. We work with "Limo Transportation Companies" around the globe to help them run their backend operations smoothly. Backend Operations include handling all customer service tasks, making reservations, scheduling the drivers, making sure every ride of the day is going smoothly, and taking care of the dispatch. We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist/Dispatcher to join us on an immediate basis.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Taking phone calls and replying to emails.
2. Making reservations and dispatch.
3. Ensuring every ride of the day is going smoothly.
4. Providing knowledgeable answers to questions about service, pricing, and availability to clients.

Job Specification

• Must be fluent in the English language.
• Must be a computer literate person.
• Candidates with “Limo Dispatch” experience are preferable.
• Working hours are 6 days a week, 10 hours a day.
