Job description

The Account Executive plays a critical role in coordinating communication between the brand and internal teams, ensuring seamless project execution. This role focuses on assisting in the management of brand-related projects, supporting campaign execution, and facilitating collaboration between design, content, and creative teams. The Account Executive works closely with the Account Manager to ensure deliverables align with brand objectives and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing communication between the brand and internal teams (design, content, creative)
  • Support the execution of marketing and creative projects, ensuring timely completion
  • Break down brand requirements into clear, actionable tasks for creative teams
  • Coordinate feedback loops between the brand and design/content teams
  • Ensure branding consistency and quality across all digital and offline channels
  • Track project progress, identify potential bottlenecks, and escalate issues as needed
  • Prepare reports and updates on campaign developments and deliverables for senior management
  • Maintain documentation of campaign workflows and client requirements for reference
Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and project management tools
  • Prior experience in an account management, marketing, or creative coordination role is a plus
  • Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
  • Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
