BIM Specialist/PERM: MNC, 5 days in Town, PERM. Next to MRT.

Client: MNC in Mega building, Land reclamation & LTA/MRT Projects
Location: Central, East Area
Salary: 4.5 – $6.K, Negotiable Based on Qualification, Experience & Capability.
Staff Benefits: Year-End Bonus + VB, Start off with 17 days annual leave ++.

Requirements:

1. Open to Singaporeans & Spore Permanent Residents, Strictly NO Quota for any Sponsorship.
2. Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in Spore engineering/construction Industry.
3. Good interpersonal, written/ verbal in English communication skills.
4. Degree in Engineering or other relevant certifications in BIM Applications.
5. You must have good knowledge in using Revit.
6. Must have basic construction knowledge and able to read construction drawings.
7. Those who have Navisworks, Dynamo or Python would be an added advantage.
8. Good planning skills in managing modelling and drafting works.
9. Possess strong initiative, and ability to work independently and within a team environment.

Responsibilities & Role:

1. Assist in the development and maintenance of organizational BIM/IDD standards.
2. Support project teams in adopting and integrating new BIM technologies and workflows to enhance productivity and project quality.
3. Support the BIM/IDD Manager in liaising with external stakeholders, including technology vendors, consultants, and regulatory bodies.
4. Research and explore emerging BIM/IDD technologies to enhance project workflows and improve productivity.
5. Assist in developing training materials and conducting training sessions to upskill project teams on BIM tools and methodologies.
6. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying efficiency gaps and proposing innovative solutions.
7. Assist in the preparation of BIM deliverables for tender proposals.
8. Assist in the preparation of BIM progress and quality reports.
9. Contribute to the development and implementation of BIM Execution Plans (BEP), IDD strategies, and Common Data Environment (CDE) setup.
