Service Quality Assurance Specialist (QA)

Are you passionate about ensuring the highest level of quality in products and services? We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Quality Assurance professional to join our team. As a Quality Assurance specialist, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and improving our service standards, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

  1. Analyze data to identify areas for improvement in the sales process.
  2. Review chats on different mediums to ensure quality.
  3. Monitor calls on the dialer.
  4. Keep track of customer reviews, comments, and agent’s order mail.
  5. Identify, record, document, and track bugs or defects.
  6. Generate reports about the quality of communication to report to the management.

Job Specification:

  1. Prior experience as a Quality Assurance professional or similar role.
  2. Demonstrated knowledge of software testing methodologies and tools.
  3. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
  4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  5. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field is preferred but not required.

Job Type: Full-time

Work Environment: On-site

Working Hours: 9 hours job including 1 hour break

Location: Marketing and Advertising - Islamabad, Pakistan
