Salary: $120,000.00-$200,000.00
Responsibilities
- Gain a comprehensive understanding of the business to provide strategic guidance to managers on human capital needs, People Experience Team policies, performance management, and creating a culture of continuous growth and development.
- Expertise in coaching, influencing, facilitating, presenting, communication (both written and verbal), process improvement, analytical thinking, and problem-solving.
- Proactively propose enhancements to processes and introduce best practices for key People Experience Team deliverables.
- Act as a key, data-driven partner in driving business outcomes through creative human capital strategies that accelerate problem-solving.
- Advise management on complex employee relations matters, offering clear recommendations on the most appropriate actions.
- Lead strategic workforce planning efforts, including succession and talent planning.
- Collaborate with executives and the extended People Experience Team to drive organizational success, delivering a human resources strategy that aligns with business needs.
- Stay attuned to employee morale and challenges within assigned client groups, ensuring proactive support.
- Provide insights on emerging human capital trends, offering strategic advice on how to best address them.
- Guide executives in aligning business strategies with talent strategies that reinforce and nurture company culture.
- Be a key resource for employees seeking support on workplace concerns, fostering an environment of respect and accountability.
- Design and deliver training programs to help managers navigate performance management, talent development, and employee relations challenges.
- Champion DEI initiatives to promote an inclusive workplace that values diversity and supports equity.
