About The Job

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Recruitment Coordinator to join our dynamic HR team at Translation Empire. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and streamlining the hiring process, ensuring the attraction, assessment, and selection of top talent to meet the organization's staffing needs. As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will work closely with hiring managers, oversee recruitment operations, and enhance the candidate experience. Job Responsibilities

  1. Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
  2. Source, attract, and engage candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events
  3. Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit
  4. Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
  5. Administer pre-employment assessments as needed and evaluate results
  6. Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
  7. Provide timely feedback to candidates and maintain clear communication
  8. Manage job postings on multiple platforms and track applications
  9. Maintain and update applicant tracking systems to ensure accurate candidate records
  10. Stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and best recruitment practices
  11. Support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent
  12. Assist in offer negotiations and ensure smooth onboarding of new hires
