Job description

As a Customer Support Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued customers.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  1. Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and timely manner.
  2. Providing product and service information to customers.
  3. Resolving customer complaints and issues with patience and empathy.
  4. Identifying and resolving customer problems or concerns efficiently.
  5. Escalating complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution.
  6. Maintaining in-depth knowledge of our products and services.

Requirements:

  1. This is an onsite job so you must have a computer, stable internet connection, and audio gear.
  2. 8 hours a day work time with 6 days a week.
  3. Night Shifts.

Education:

  1. High school diploma or equivalent. Additional education is a plus.

Experience:

  1. 2 Years of experience in customer service or a related field.
  2. Strong customer service skills with the ability to manage a high volume of customer inquiries.
  3. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  4. Must have basic English conversational skills.
  5. Proficiency in using customer service software and tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Rs70,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
