Job Responsibilities
- Manage and control relationships between products/services and target audiences.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal departments.
- Contribute to strategic planning for annual and long-term marketing objectives.
- Plan, develop, and implement marketing campaigns for conferences and exhibitions.
- Manage production of marketing materials, including writing, proofreading, and liaising with designers and printers.
- Understand product and customer profiles to create detailed specifications for events.
- Maintain and update mailing databases.
- Monitor campaign spending against budgets and produce expenditure summaries.
- Analyze marketing campaigns to ensure objectives are met.
- Conduct market research and customer surveys to assess demand and brand awareness.
- Assist in competitor analysis, focusing on pricing, presentation, and promotion strategies.
- Support the UK-based sales team.
