Responsibilities

• Achieve efficient sales performance and meet monthly sales targets.
• Set sales targets and motivate the sales team.
• Prepare sales reports weekly/monthly and share them with the concerned manager.
• Identify team goals and evaluate team progress.

• Identify training needs and provide coaching.
• Listen to team members’ feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts.
