• Process orders, returns, and refunds efficiently while maintaining accurate records.

Requirements

• Fresh to 2 years of experience in e-commerce sales or digital retail.
• Familiarity with platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Shopify, Daraz, WooCommerce, etc.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce sales and customer behavior.
• Proficient in Google Analytics, SEO, PPC, and digital marketing.
