RAVISN LTD in Lahore is seeking an experienced E-Commerce Account Manager to drive growth of US-market operations across eBay, Etsy and Shopify. You will manage listings, optimize pricing, and coordinate with suppliers.

The role requires hands-on dropshipping, inventory management, China sourcing, and a focus on policy compliance, with onsite work at Lakshmi Chowk, Lahore.

Qualifications

3+ years hands-on experience managing eBay and Etsy stores for the US market.
Experience managing high-volume e-commerce stores.
Dropshipping and physical inventory experience.
Strong knowledge of China product sourcing and supplier coordination.
Experience with Shopify is preferred.
Experience handling eBay account restrictions, verification, suspensions, and appeals is highly preferred.
Knowledge of MC011/MC111/MC999 and VeRO/IP issues is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

Manage and grow eBay, Etsy, and Shopify stores targeting the US market.
Create and optimize product listings, titles, descriptions, keywords, pricing, and promotions.
Conduct product and competitor research to identify new sales opportunities.
Manage dropshipping and physical-stock operations.
Source products and coordinate with suppliers from 1688, Taobao, Yiwu, factories, and sourcing agents.
Coordinate with US warehouses and 3PL providers for stocked products.
Monitor inventory, orders, shipping, tracking, returns, and customer issues.
Monitor eBay/Etsy account health and resolve policy-related issues, restrictions, and verification requests.
Handle eBay cases such as MC011, MC111, MC999, including document submission and appeals.
Monitor VeRO/IP compliance and address copyright/trademark-related listing issues.
Support TikTok Live and eBay Live selling activities, including product selection, pricing, inventory, and performance tracking.
Analyze store performance and work toward sales and profit targets.
