Job summary

Enoves is seeking a Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant to lead the implementation, configuration, and optimization of Microsoft ERP/CRM software. You will capture business requirements, translate them into technical configurations, and support client onboarding.

You will conduct workshops, design functional specifications, and guide UAT and user training to ensure successful deployments across Sales, Service, or Finance modules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Admin, Finance, IT, or related fields.
• 3+ years of functional experience in Dynamics 365 CRM or ERP.
• Deep understanding of core modules (Sales, Customer Service, or Finance).
• Proven track record of successful full-lifetime D365 implementations.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct business analysis workshops to gather client functional requirements.
• Prepare functional design documents (FDD) and collaborate with technical developers.
• Design security roles, workflows, business units, and data migration mappings.
• Lead user acceptance testing (UAT) and conduct key user training sessions.
