Job summary

Jeeny is hiring a Product Manager to own the Driver Experience, driving the daily ride journey, earnings, wallet features, and driver policies. You will partner with engineering, design, BI, customer experience and operations to identify problems from driver insights and data, then set priorities for measurable improvements.

You will write precise PRDs, run your own data queries, and balance competing needs from field operations and care teams.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in product management for consumer or marketplace apps.
• Evidence that you have written requirements for engineering teams.
• SQL you write yourself and can defend funnel definitions.
• Clear written English in a globally distributed team.
• An instinct for users who are driving the product and may be distracted.

Responsibilities

• Own the Jeeny Driver App and the driver experience end-to-end.
• Write PRDs with Given/When/Then testable scenarios for engineers.
• Analyze data questions using Snowflake, Metabase, CleverTap, GA4 and Clarity.
• Collaborate with field ops and operations teams across multiple regions.
• Ship with a distributed team across several timezones and languages.
