Job description

Location: Rahim Yar Khan

Education: Master’s degree in Education, Social Sciences, Development Studies or an equivalent discipline

Experience: Demonstrated experience in school monitoring, community mobilization, teacher training, team supervision, and reporting. Ability to engage effectively with communities, manage field teams, ensure quality implementation of educational programs, and maintain accurate documentation and reporting systems.

Job Responsibilities

Program Implementation & Oversight (30%)
  • Supervise and support the operations of all ITA-operated schools under PSRP, NSP, PSSP programs in the district.
  • Conduct regular field visits to monitor progress and teachers’ performance.
  • Ensure compliance with program timelines, deliverables, and quality standards.
Monitoring & Evaluation (30%)
  • Maintain accurate records of school profiles, teacher attendance, student enrollment, and infrastructure.
  • Monitor timely updates of student and teacher data on SIS/TIS by cluster coordinators.
  • Monitor daily dengue activity updates from schools.
  • Ensure data collection, documentation, and reporting of school activities and performance indicators.
  • Coordinate assessments (e.g., ASER, baseline/midline/endline evaluations) and submit reports.
Team Management (20%)
  • Lead and mentor a team of Field Officers, Teachers, and support staff.
  • Conduct team meetings to review progress and address challenges.
  • Evaluate team performance and recommend capacity-building initiatives.
Stakeholder Engagement & Coordination (20%)
  • Build relationships with school management, district education authorities, PEF/PEIMA officials, and community leaders.
  • Coordinate visits by external monitoring agencies and ensure proper documentation.
  • Act as a liaison with local government offices to resolve issues.
  • Organize community engagement activities such as SMC meetings, awareness campaigns, enrollment drives, and training workshops.
  • Coordinate with government departments to ensure smooth school operations.
Reporting & Documentation
  • Document success stories, case studies, and innovations.
  • Prepare and submit progress reports to the Regional Manager/Program Team.
Key Skills and Competencies

The candidate should have strong skills in MS Office and data analysis, with effective stakeholder management, communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
