Job description

Minimum 1-2 years of truck dispatching experience, well aware of the dispatching cycle, well experienced in the dispatching softwares and loadboards

This is a full-time Senior Dispatcher role at Roafer Logistics located in Lahore.
The Senior Dispatcher will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the dispatch team.
Ensuring on-time delivery and best customer service.
This is a hybrid role, with the expectation of being based in Lahore but with flexibility for some remote work.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and schedule the dispatching of vehicles, drivers, and equipment to meet customer demands.
• Monitor and track the progress of deliveries and ensure timely arrivals.
• Communicate effectively with drivers and provide them with necessary instructions and support.
• Optimize routes to minimize delivery times and fuel costs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or delays in delivery schedules.
• Maintain accurate records of dispatching activities and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations and improve overall efficiency.
• Take initiative in identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
• Expand commission bracket to incentivize performance and achieve business objectives.
