Job summary

National University of Sciences and Technology seeks a seasoned Director for Trust & Endowment Governance to serve as Secretary to the NTF Board of Trustees, ICT EF Board and SAFE, with responsibility for governance continuity across three funds.

The role requires strong experience in not-for-profit governance, trust law, and regulatory compliance, plus ability to manage donor-intent governance and board-facing processes.

Qualifications

• Ten to fifteen years of relevant experience in corporate secretariat, board governance, or institutional governance.
• Experience in higher education or nonprofit foundation settings preferred.
• Master's degree from an HEC-recognized university.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Secretary to the NTF Board of Trustees, ICT EF Board and SAFE with governance calendar and board papers.
• Convene and administer annual and periodic Board meetings with minutes and resolutions.
• Prepare board reporting packs combining finance and investment summaries.
• Maintain statutory and regulatory records for each fund.
• Be the main contact for trustees and coordinate trustee onboarding and communication.
• Support Rector in briefing trustees on governance and priorities.
• Ensure Not-for-Profit status, tax-exemption, and regulatory registrations.
• Maintain governance framework including policies on conduct, conflicts of interest, and authority.
