Job summary

Mohsyn seeks a Head of Medical Research & Clinical Quality to lead our medical research strategy, oversee clinical quality across healthcare services, and build partnerships with national and international institutions in Pakistan. The role includes shaping a large-scale geriatric study and advancing care through evidence-based initiatives.

You will develop the research framework, lead clinical governance, and mentor medical teams, ensuring ethical data practices and impactful health outcomes

Qualifications

• MBBS with mandatory registration.
• Proven leadership of medical teams and research programs.
• Experience establishing clinical protocols and quality governance.
• Strong stakeholder management and institutional collaborations.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead Mohsyn's long term medical research strategy.
• Oversee clinical quality standards and care protocols.
• Establish institutional collaborations with international partners.
• Lead and develop the medical and clinical quality teams.
• Translate research findings into evidence-based improvements in care.
• Ensure compliance with ethics, data protection, and regulatory requirements.
