Role Description

The Director role at Solution Givers is a full-time, on-site position based in Lahore. The Director will oversee strategic planning, operational execution, and performance management across key functions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. This role involves leading and mentoring teams, coordinating cross-functional initiatives, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. The Director will review and improve processes, manage budgets and resources, and provide regular reporting to senior leadership. The role also includes identifying new business opportunities, supporting decision-making with data-driven insights, and representing the organization in key internal and external meetings.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership and team management abilities, including experience guiding cross-functional teams and fostering a collaborative work culture.
• Strong strategic planning and organizational skills, with the capacity to set priorities, manage multiple projects, and drive initiatives to completion.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience presenting to senior stakeholders and building client relationships.
• Solid business acumen and analytical skills, including comfort with budgeting, performance metrics, and data-informed decision-making.
• Demonstrated experience in a senior management or director-level role, preferably within consulting, professional services, or a related industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field; an advanced degree (e.g., MBA) is an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in Lahore and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
