Job summary

Evolve Edge Studio in Pakistan seeks 2–3 skilled Video Editors for project-based work on UGC Ads and AI UGC Ads for paid social campaigns. Editors with strong direct-response and high-retention editing will thrive in a fast-paced environment with creative direction and tight deadlines.

Ideal candidates have experience crafting engaging content for Meta, TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts, including hooks, pacing, captions, transitions, and visual enhancements. Remote, freelance work possible.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with UGC ad editing.
• Understanding of high-retention and direct-response editing.
• Good sense of pacing, storytelling, hooks, and visual engagement.
• Ability to follow creative direction and references.
• Attention to detail and ability to deliver on deadlines.
• Experience with AI UGC is a big plus.

What You’ll Be Working On

Hiring: 2–3 Project-Based UGC Video Editors

I’m looking for 2–3 skilled Video Editors to work with me on a project basis, primarily creating UGC Ads and AI UGC Ads for paid social media campaigns.

If you have experience editing high-retention, direct-response UGC ads and understand how to create engaging content for platforms like Meta, TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts, I’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Be Working On

• Short-form UGC video ads
• AI-generated UGC ads
• Direct-response / performance-focused creatives
• Strong hooks, pacing, captions, B-roll, SFX, transitions, and visual enhancements
• Multiple variations of ads when required

Payment

• Normal UGC Ads: PKR 2,000–3,000 per edit
• AI UGC Ads: PKR 4,000–6,000 per edit
• Payment may vary depending on the duration and complexity of the ad

You do not need to have all the AI tools yourself. The required AI tools, assets, and other necessary resources will be provided by me.

What I’m Looking For
