Job summary

METRO Pakistan (Pvt) Limited is expanding its digital platform capabilities by developing and maintaining core digital solutions across BI/DWH, CRM, POS and ERP systems. The team will document business requirements and translate them into scalable BI dashboards and reports using MicroStrategy and QlikView, while ensuring data accuracy and integration with international projects.

The role requires 2-3 years of experience in digital platforms, knowledge of retail processes, and ERP/SAP

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in CS/IT.
• 2-3 years of experience with digital platforms and retail processes.
• Strong knowledge of MicroStrategy and BI applications.
• Experience with CRM and POS systems is a plus.
• Teradata, SQL and MS SQL experience.
• Migration and integration experience with ERP systems SAP is desirable.
• BI developments including metadata, reports and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to document requirements and translate them into digital solutions.
• Develop, configure, customize and maintain core digital solutions to align with business needs.
• Provide support, training, guidance and manage METRO applications (BI/DWH, CRM, POS, ERP) for users.
• Create and manage reports/dashboards in BI tools (MicroStrategy, QlikView).
• Manage integrations between digital solutions and act as primary contact for issues.
