Are you ready to lead the charge in taking a brand-new app to market and driving massive user growth? We’re a fast-moving startup looking for a passionate Digital Marketing Strategist who lives and breathes digital campaigns, thrives on data, and can creatively scale user acquisition.

Key Responsibilities
  • App Marketing: Develop and execute strategies to increase app installs, user retention, and engagement through paid ads, ASO (App Store Optimization), and creative campaigns.
  • Email Marketing: Build and optimize automated email journeys to nurture leads, onboard users, and re-engage inactive customers.
  • Manage multi-channel campaigns across Meta, Google, and other platforms, ensuring data-driven decision-making and measurable ROI.
  • Conduct A/B tests, track KPIs, and continuously optimize campaigns for performance and scalability.
  • Leverage AI tools (or be eager to explore them) to boost campaign efficiency and personalization.
  • Collaborate with product and design teams to align marketing efforts with app updates and features.
Required Qualifications & Skills
  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing with proven success in app marketing and email marketing.
  • Strong grasp of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.) and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation and email platforms.
  • Familiarity with AI-powered marketing tools — or a strong willingness to learn and experiment.
  • Excellent copywriting and campaign storytelling skills.
