• Manage content calendars and maintain consistent brand messaging across social platforms and digital channels.
• Research industry trends, audience interests, competitors, and relevant ISO and management-systems topics.
• Monitor campaign and social media performance, prepare reports, and recommend improvements based on analytics.
• Coordinate with internal teams to gather technical insights and convert them into clear, audience-focused content.
