Job Specification

Responsibilities:

  • Lead content marketing efforts for corporate brand promotion.
  • Coordinate subsidiary brand executions to align with corporate goals.
  • Manage development and execution of content through internal and external agencies, including contract administration and assessment.
  • Create and execute content campaigns to drive traffic, engagement, and leads for sales and customer retention.
  • Collaborate across departments to develop an effective content marketing strategy and editorial plan within budget.
  • Maintain a brand publisher mindset to create audience-focused content and optimize the path to conversion, enhancing brand equity.
  • Ensure editorial content meets basic SEO standards, is well-structured, and aligns with brand identity and tone through editorial governance.
  • Develop and manage an annual editorial calendar and organize workflows.
  • Manage digital content channels and social media platforms, including email and newsletters.
  • Apply best practices on social media channels and select content strategies accordingly.
  • Regularly measure, analyze, and optimize content performance.
  • Manage creative resources, including designers, writers, and agencies, to meet deadlines efficiently.
