Overview

We need a (Digital Marketing Officer)

Responsibilities
  1. Digital Strategy Development

    Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.

    Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns (SEO, PPC, email, social media, content marketing).

    Identify trends and insights, and optimise spend and performance based on data.

  2. Content Creation & Management

    Oversee the creation and publishing of relevant, original, high-quality content.

    Manage content calendars for blogs, emails, and social platforms.

    Collaborate with designers and writers to create digital assets.

  3. Social Media Marketing

    Manage and grow presence on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and TikTok.

    Schedule and publish engaging content regularly.

    Monitor engagement and respond to audience interactions.

  4. Email Marketing

    Design and execute email campaigns using platforms like Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.

    Segment audiences and personalize email marketing.

    Track open rates, CTRs, and conversions.

  5. Analytics and Reporting

    Monitor and analyze performance metrics across all digital channels.

    Use tools like Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, or similar.

    Prepare and present performance reports to management, making recommendations for improvements.

  6. Website Management

    Maintain and update company website using CMS platforms.

    Ensure UX/UI best practices are followed.

    Coordinate with developers to fix bugs or implement new features.
