Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/AI or related field.
• 2+ years in digital/AI solution delivery with practical exposure to AI/Generative AI models, tools, prototypes, or use cases.
• Experience coordinating with IT/Business teams and security/privacy considerations.

Responsibilities

• Translate HR needs into BRDs, requirements, flows, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with IT, AI, and technical teams across design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Assess AI models/tools for HR use cases focusing on security, privacy, cost, and scalability.
• Develop or prototype Digital HR/AI solutions, dashboards, and integrations where business needs arise.
