Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Banking Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining digital banking channels, including online banking, mobile banking, and digital payments. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital banking trends, technologies, and regulatory requirements in Pakistan.

Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement digital banking strategies to drive business growth and customer adoption.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, Marketing, and Operations, to design and deliver digital banking solutions.
  3. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities in digital banking.
  4. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including regulators, fintech companies, and technology vendors.
  5. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including the State Bank of Pakistan's (SBP) guidelines on digital banking.
  6. Analyze customer feedback and behavioral data to inform digital banking product development and improvement.
  7. Develop and manage digital banking budgets, including capital and operational expenditures.
  8. Identify and mitigate risks associated with digital banking, including cybersecurity and fraud risks.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  2. At least 3-5 years of experience in digital banking, fintech, or a related field.
  3. Strong understanding of digital banking trends, technologies, and regulatory requirements in Pakistan.
