Interwood Mobel is seeking a Deputy Manager – Warehouse to lead and optimize warehouse and inventory operations in a manufacturing setting. The role focuses on accuracy, proper handling, space optimization, ERP integrity and adherence to SOPs and safety standards.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in warehouse management, inventory control, material handling, ERP/WMS systems, and team supervision, with 6–8 years in warehouse roles and 2–3 years in a supervisory capacity.

Competenze

• 6–8 years of relevant experience in warehouse, inventory and material management.
• At least 2–3 years in a supervisory/managerial role.
• Manufacturing industry experience preferred.
• Strong hands-on experience with ERP/WMS systems and warehouse transactions.
• Experience supervising warehouse teams and driving KPIs.

Mansioni

• Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving, storage, issuing, picking and dispatch of materials and finished goods.
• Ensure accurate receiving, storage and movement of materials within the warehouse.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, stock reconciliation and variance investigations.
• Issue materials to Production, Projects, Retail, and other departments in a timely manner.
• Monitor stock levels, identify damaged/obsolete inventory and optimize space utilization.
• Record all warehouse transactions in the ERP system with accuracy.
• Lead, train and develop warehouse staff to improve productivity and discipline.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Planning, Production, Projects, Retail, Sales and Finance for material availability.
