Collaborate with customer service, legal, actuarial, and claims teams; leverage underwriting software and data analytics to improve efficiency, support profitability, and reduce losses.

Qualifications

• Must conduct risk assessments on insurance applications and determine eligibility and terms.
• Review and validate policy documentation for accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Analyze claims data to identify risk patterns affecting underwriting decisions.
• Maintain strict compliance with laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Utilize underwriting software and advanced data analytics tools, including Excel, for records and reports.
• Apply medical terminology knowledge to assess health-related risks and consult with medical professionals when needed.
